This pencil sketch of an American Shorthair was created live during my 2025 solo exhibition in Ginza.
Before an audience, I completed the drawing in 30 minutes using only a single pencil.

The piece delicately captures the cat's soft fur and its slightly proud side profile.
Subtle pencil gradations and spontaneous shifts in pressure give this work a unique sense of life and movement.

Though drawn in the moment, it conveys a quiet, enduring presence—holding within it the atmosphere and time of the exhibition itself.
