This live sketch of a koala was created during my 2025 solo exhibition in Ginza.
Using only a single pencil, I completed it in about 30 minutes in front of visitors.

The sketch captures the koala's relaxed posture in the tree, emphasizing the flow and softness of its fur and its subtle texture.
Despite its small size, the piece conveys the koala's presence and a gentle sense of calm.

The spontaneous lines unique to live sketching, combined with the paper's texture, give this artwork its distinctive charm—preserving the atmosphere and passage of time from the exhibition itself.
